松弛性出口梗阻性便秘57例手术治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨松弛性出口梗阻性便秘合理的手术治疗。方法分析57例松弛性出口梗阻性便秘患者的手术治疗方法。结果 16例直肠内脱垂合并盆底脱垂和盆底疝患者治愈率87.5%(14/16),其中,2例便秘效果改善差,伴有严重精神因素;35例直肠黏膜内脱垂伴环状痔脱出患者治愈率100.0%(35/35);6例直肠前膨化患者治愈率100.0%(6/6)。结论采用合理的手术方式治疗松弛性出口梗阻性便秘效果良好。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of surgical intervention on patients with relaxation of outlet obstructive consti pation. Methods The surgical treatment of 57 cases with relaxation of outlet obstructive constipation were analyzed. Results The success rate for internal rectal prolapse, internal rectal mucosa prolapse and anterior rectocele were 87. 5% （14/16）, 100. 0% （35/35） ,and 100.0%（6/6）, respectively. Conclusion The prognosis of flabby outlet obstructive constipation is excellent, which treated by reasonable surgery operation.
