摘　　要：针对液体SO3生产中出现的诸多问题,介绍了SO3蒸发工艺和其对材料的腐蚀、SO3冷凝工艺和液体SO3成品的储存与运输、发烟硫酸混溶作业,以及环境保护措施等问题,指出了在液体SO3生产中要防止蒸发器产生"过度蒸发",即控制蒸发后发烟硫酸的w(SO3)游离应不低于25%,认为采用"暖房"是解决液体SO3成品储存的简易、有效措施。For problems occurred during production of liquid SO3,the SO3 evaporation process and its corrosion on the material,SO3 condensation process and liquid SO3 product storage and transportation,oleum blending operation,as well as environmental protection measures are described,and it is pointed out that during liquid SO3 production,'over-evaporation' of the evaporator should be avoided,which means after evaporation,the w(SO3)free of oleum should be 25% minimum.It is concluded that 'warm house' is a simple and effective measure to solve the problems in liquid SO3 product storage.
