摘  要:介绍了上海嘉定凯悦酒店超高层结构的抗震设计与分析。主楼地下2层、地上40层、高184 m,设计采用钢骨混凝土混合框架—钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,使用了三种程序进行整体结构在多遇地震作用下的弹性计算,同时进行了小震作用下的弹性动力时程分析、中震作用下的结构性能分析和罕遇地震作用下弹塑性动力时程分析。各项计算指标均达到了设计的要求,结构设计和分析方法可供今后类似超限高层筑和其他复杂结构设计参考。This paper presents an introduction and analysis of the seismic design of Shanghai Jiading Hyatt Hotel, which is a super high-rise building beyond the limitation of the code. The main building consisting of 2 stories underground and 40 stories ovcrground. The structural system with a steel-concrete hybrid frame outside and a RC tube as a core is adopted for this building. Three softwares were used to conduct the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake. Besides, the elastic dynamic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake, the seismic performance under moderate earthquake and the elasto-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake were also calculated. All these results meet the design specifications basically. The design and a- nalysis method introduced in this paper can offer references to future structural design of similar out-of-codes tall buildings and complex buildings.
