摘　　要：首钢京唐钢铁厂2250mm热连轧工程投产不久，660V变频器供电的鼠笼型感应电动机相继发生损坏，影响了车间的正常生产。故障现象多表现为定子线圈电源引入端匝间短路，致使定子过电流，电机损坏。通过现场分析，找出了故障原因，并结合工程案例提出防止电机损坏的相应对策。Before long Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company 2 250 mm hot strip mill project putting into operation, some cage induction motors supplied by the 660 V inverter have been damaged, affecting the normal production of the workshop. Malfunction phenomenon mostly is the introduction of the end of the power of the stator coil interturn short circuit, resulting in a stator overcurrent and motor damage. According to the site analysis, the cause of the malfunction has been identified, and putting forward countermeasures to prevent motor damage bases on this case.
