摘  要:对焦炉煤气和天然气生产直接还原铁方案进行对比,并对焦炉煤气利用过程中的甲烷自重整、BTX裂解、DRI热态输送等技术进行分析。如何对焦炉煤气进行精制是焦炉煤气利用的技术关键,具有发展前景的焦炉煤气处理工艺应该能够合理有效地利用二次热源,同时应具有最低的动力费用消耗,在此基础上提出几种可行的焦炉煤气净化方案。The schemes of DRI production by using coke oven gas and nature gas as reduction agents was compared and the technologies of CH4 self - reforming and BTX cracking and hot DRI conveying were studied in this paper. It is the key technology of coke oven gas utilization that how to get rid of the influence of the impurities of coke oven gas. The process of coke oven gas purification which has a bright future should make the secondary source of heat be utilized effectively and properly and at the same time it should have a minimum power consumption. Based on the above viewpoint several feasible schemes of coke oven gas purification were proposed.
