三维外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨三维外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对215例胫腓骨骨折患者均采用三维外固定支架治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 215例患者均获随访,随访时间9～18个月。骨折解剖复位173例,功能复位42例,骨折愈合时间3～6个月,平均4个月。骨折愈合率为94.0%。结论三维外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折系三维立体弹性固定,无应力遮挡,稳固性好,效果满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three-dimensional fixation bracket in the tibia and fibula fractures.Methods A total of 215 patients with tibia and fibula fractures were treated with three-dimensional fixation bracket and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results Patients were followed-up for 9 to 18 months.Among the 215 patients,anatomic restoration was achieved in 173 and functional restoration in 42.The average healing time was 4 month（range 3 to 6 months）and the healing rate was 94.0%.Conclusion The three-dimensional fixation bracket is flexible and steady and shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures.
