摘  要:于2009年5月至2010年4月分5个季度调查了湛江湾海域表层海水中粪大肠菌群(FC)的时空分布,并分析了FC与主要环境因子之间的关系。结果表明,湛江湾FC数量介于2~16 000/L之间,年均值为907/L;季节变化表现为2010年春季>2010年冬季>2009年春季>2009年夏季>2009年秋季的模式;在水平分布上,FC数量呈现由北部海区向西南海区、东部海区递减的分布格局。相关分析显示FC与13个主要环境因子未呈现显著的相关性,有待于进一步深入研究。根据海水水质标准,以FC数作为评价指标表明该海湾受陆源污染的程度较轻。The spatial and temporal distribution of fecal coliform(FC) and the relationship between FC and main environmental factors was investigated in five seasons from May, 2009 to Apr. , 2010 in Zhanjiang Bay. The densities of FC ranged from 2 ind/L to 16 000 ind/L with an annual average of 907 ind/L. The greatest abundance of FC was founded in spring of 2010, followed by winter of 2010, spring of 2009, summer of 2009 and autumn of 2009 in turn. In addition, the densities of FC were decreased horizontally from the northern bay to south-west bay and east bay. The correlation analysis showed that no significant correlation was found between FC and main environmental factors in Zhanjiang Bay, and the further investigations should be carried out in future. The sea water was slightly polluted based on the indicator of FC in Zhanjiang Bay.
