摘  要:2009年11月~2010年8月对北仑港水域的浮游植物类群进行了调查,分析了该水域浮游植物的种类组成、数量变化、优势种类、群落结构以及水平分布等特征参数的季节变化。共鉴定浮游植物4门97种,其中硅藻种类最多,约占81.4%。细弱圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus subtilis var.subtilis Ehrenberg)几乎在各个区域的不同季节都占据优势。浮游植物细胞丰度的年平均值为3.75×103L-1,春季和夏季高值区集中在大榭(5.3×103/L、4.5×103/L);秋季和冬季高值区主要集中在梅山(6.4×103/L、6.6×103/L)。多样性指数(H')以秋季(3.73)最高,春季(3.08)最低。综合聚类分析结果与丰富度指数、多样性指数排序,得出结论:5个调查水域水质优良程度为:梅山>郭巨>大榭>澥浦>镇海。Phytoplankton community was investigated and analyzed from Oct. 2009 to Jul. 2010 in Beilun Water. Species composition, seasonal variations and vertical distribution of microalgae as well as several chemical parameters were investigated. A total of 97 spe- cies were identified, belonging to four phyla. The eurythermal species were dominant, up to 71.25 percent of total taxa. Coscinodiscus subtilis var. subtilis Ehrenberg were the absolutely dominant species in very season and respectively. Annual average cell abundance was 3.75 × 106/L. The cell abundance reached the peaks in spring and summer, nearly up to 5.3 × 103/L,4.5 × 103/L and their highest richness occurred in the Daxie water. In autumn and winter L,6.6 × 106/L). Shannon-Wiener index (H') peaked in autumn quality was Meishan 〉 Guoiu 〉 Daxie 〉 XieDu 〉 Zhenhai. their richness centers shifted to the Meishan waters (6.3 × 103/ (3.73) and minimized in spring ( 3.08 ).
