高龄巨大肝癌患者的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄巨大肝癌患者围术期的护理经验。方法对2006年12月至2010年12月间在中山大学肿瘤防治中心肝胆科行巨大肝癌切除术的24例高龄患者术前术后的护理经验进行回顾性总结。结果除1例86岁的高龄患者术后因并发多器官功能衰竭死亡外,其余23例患者均安全度过围术期康复出院。结论对于高龄巨大肝癌患者应根据其生理和心理特点,术前进行全面评估,实施针对性的心理护理,积极控制好伴发疾病,做好充分的术前准备;术后进行严密监测和护理,积极预防和处理并发症,以保证患者安全度过围术期。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience of patients with huge primary liver cancer. Methods From December 2006 to December 2010,the perioperative nursing experience of 24 elderly patients with huge primary liver cancer undergoing hepatectomy in the hospital was retrospectively summarized. Results Except for an 86-year-old patient＇s death due to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODs）, the rest 23 patients all survived the perioperative period and left hospital safely. Conclusion Perioperative nursing of elderly patients with huge liver cancer should be intensified according to their psychological characteristics. Before the operation, pertinent mental nursing should be conducted and the concomitant diseases should be controlled. The preoperotive preparation must be well conducted. Close su- pervising and nursing is suggested to prevent and treat complications positively after the operate to help patients get through the perioperative period safely.
