参麦注射液治疗冠心病伴左心功能不全及其对甲状腺激素的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察参麦注射液治疗冠心病伴左心功能不全 (LVD)患者的疗效及其对甲状腺激素的影响。方法　给予参麦注射液 10 0ml加入 10 %GS 2 0 0ml静滴 ,每日一次 ,2 0天为一疗程。应用多普勒超声显像仪评估患者的左心功能改善状况 ,治疗前后采用放射免疫法检测血清甲状腺激素T3 、T4 、rT3 及TSH。结果　参麦注射液能明显改善患者的左室功能LVEF、FS、E/A、EPSS(P <0 .0 1) ,经 2 0天治疗后患者血清T3 较治疗前显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,rT3 显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　参麦注射液对冠心病伴LVD有确切疗效 ,且可显著纠正患者异常的甲状腺激素。objective To observe the effect of shenmai injection liquor treating coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction(LVD) and its influence on thyroid hormones.Method The patients were daily given intravenous drip of 100ml shenmai injection liquor plus 200ml 10% G.S.One course took 20 days.Pulsed Doppler echocardiography was used to evaluate the improvement of left heart function.Blood level of triiodothyronine(T 3),thyroxine(T 4),reverse triiodothyronine(rT 3),and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) of all patients were also determined by radioimmunoassay before and after the treatment.Results Shenmai injection liquor could improve significantly EF,FS,E/A,EPSS( P <0.01) of patientsleft heart.At the same time,the patients' blood serum T 3 level increased significantly after the treatment( P <0.05),and rT 3 level significantly decreased( P <0.01).Conclusions Shenmai injection liquor has good effect on the patients with coronary heart disease accompanied with LVD and can regulate thyroid hormones significantly.
