摘 要:混凝土靶被用作检验聚能射孔器穿孔性能的标准物,但混凝土靶存在抗压强度波动大的缺陷,影响了试验结果和评价结论。利用大量同种聚能射孔器在不同抗压强度的混凝土靶对比试验结果,建立了靶抗压强度与穿孔深度的关系,得到了具有代表性的影响规律。在此基础上,提出了新的穿孔深度评价方法,并对国内聚能射孔器产品的整体水平进行了分析,确定了更加合理的评价指标。Concrete targets are used as the standard substance to test the perforators. However the compressive strength of concrete is not stable, which affects the test results and evaluation. A large number of jet perforators of the same kind are tested on the concrete targets of different compressive strength. Thus the relationship of compressive strength and penetration depth is established according to the contrast test results, together with getting the representative influencing regulations. On this basis, a new evaluation method of perforating length is put forward and the entire level of jet perforators is analyzed, which results in more reasonable evaluation.
