摘　　要：医院党委班子如何把握正确方向,全面推进医院建设和发展,提出要学习运用邓小平决策思想,增强决策的准确性、权威性、科学性。①解放思想,坚持“三个有利于”判断标准,使决策不断适应新情况;②把握重点,集思广益,使决策成为群体效应;③坚持高起点、高标准、高效益,使决策成为医院建设和发展的推动力;④坚持原则,完善制度,保证决策落到实处。For the party leadership of hospital to adhere to a correct direction toward an all - round construction and development of hospital, the essentials are considered to include: study and apply Deng Xiaoping decision - making thought, to strengthen accurate, authoritative, scientific approach of decision making; emancipate the mind, adhere to the fundamental criterion of whether decisions and measures are favorable toward promoting the growth of the productive forces in socialist society, increasing the overall strength of the socialist state and raising people' s living standards; combine strength, efforts, wisdom, experience of the whole staff, to form an organic complement and synergism; take high starting points, high standards, high benefits as motive force for hospital construction and development; hold to principle, improve rules and regulations, adapt decisions to new environmental developments, implement decisions in practical work.
