摘　　要：针对在建立现代企业制度中企业医院面临的困难,提出了明确市场定位与经营策略、开拓医疗市场、抓好人才培养、技术特色、经营管理、树立医院形象,尤其是抓好医院人事制度和工资制度改革等对策。After enterprise - affiliated hospitals are separated from enterprises and turned over to administration of the local governments, these post - separation hospitals find and improve their positions and roles in medical market environment through planned personnel, material, informational, managerial measures: gather information on socioeconomic, cultural, demographic, and other factors affecting their hospital planning; determine what are and how to achieve the objectives of reforming the hospital; adapt hospital functions to priorities, trends, elements in local health services; provide sufficient training for the work they are expected to do; establish, expand, develop cooperative and partner relationships with other health service institutions on the principles of overcoming weak points by learning from each other's strong points, of making good omissions and deficiencies, of partners contributing to the development of each other.
