摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉结合螺钉固定治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的效果。方法对42例胫骨粉碎性骨折采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉结合螺钉固定治疗,观察临床效果。结果本组术后随访平均15.5个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为6.5个月,无畸形愈合及不愈合,膝、踝关节活动较好。随访期间未发生髓内钉及螺钉松动、断裂、弯曲及骨折移位。结论闭合复位交锁髓内钉结合螺钉固定治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折效果较好。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of closed reduction and interlocking nail fixation for the treat- ment of tibia comminuted fractures. Methods 42 patients with tibia comminuted fractures were treated with closed reduc- tion and interlocking nail fixation in order to observe clinical efficacy. Results All patients were followed up for 15.5 months on average. The fracture healing time was 6.5 months on average. All patients achieved clinical healing. There was no malunion and disunion. Knee and ankle joint of patients moved very well. There was no loosening, disruption, arcuation or displacement fracture for intramedullary pin and bolt during the follow-up period. Conclusion Better clinical effects can be achieved for the treatment of tibia comminuted fractures by using closed reduction and interlocking nail fixation.
