摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎脊髓损伤患者围术期呼吸道管理方法。方法对2009年6月—2011年4月收治的42例颈椎脊髓损伤实施统一的呼吸道管理措施:术前科学评估、实施呼吸功能锻炼及气管、食管推移训练,术后密切观察呼吸情况、保持呼吸道通畅。结果 40例呼吸功能完全恢复,2例因呼吸衰竭死亡。结论做好颈椎脊髓损伤患者围术期呼吸道管理是保证手术疗效的关键。Objective To explore perioperative airway management for cervical spine fracture with spinal cord injury. Methods 42 patients with cervical spine fracture during June 2009 and April 2011 were treated with unified re- spiratory passages management： preoperative scientific assessment, exercising respiratory function and training traeheo- asophageal traction; After operation respiratory function was closely observed so to keep respiratozy passages easy and smooth. Results 40 patients＇ respiratory function were fully restored, and 2 patients died of respiratory failure. Conclusion It is the key for the surgery to ensure perioperative airway management for cervical spine fracture with spinal cord injury.
