摘　　要：毒品公开查缉作为阻止毒品走私入境和拦截在境内流通的重要手段,一直是云南公安禁毒工作的重要组成部分,但从实践的情况来看,存在着执法行为亟待规范、安全保障缺乏、查缉技术落后、情报意识不足、查缉资源分配不够灵活等诸多问题。本文从剖析云南毒品公开查缉工作现状入手,分析其存在的问题,并提出针对性的对策建议。Public drug investigation and seizure is the main measure to stop drug trafficking and cut off its domestic trading channels. It has always been an important component of drug control in Yunnan province. But in the practice, there are numerous problems such as lacking of law enforcement standard, security protec- tion, advanced technology, intelligence channels, scientific resource distribution, and etc.. This essay has made an in depth research into current situation of public drug investigation and seizure, further analyzed ex- isting problems and proposed countermeasures.
