监测儿童结核年感染率探讨结核病疫情变化趋势

摘　　要：目的　观察河南省近几年结核病疫情变化趋势。方法　自1995年起连续4年监测13岁无卡无史儿童结核感染率,计算年感染率,与1979～1990年3次流调结果对比分析。结果　1995～1998年,结核感染率分别为60%、63%、6.5%和59%,计算年感染率分别为047%、050%、052%和047%。与1990年流调结果相比明显降低(P<0.01)。年感染率年递降率,1985～1990年为49%,1990～1995年为149%。结论　近几年河南省结核病流行状况已有明显改善,与开展结防工作实际情况相符。Objective To observe the epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in Henan in recent years.Method Survey the annual risk of tuberculosis infection in 13 years old children from 1995 to 1998 continuously.Results The prevalence of tuberculosis infection in 13 years old children in Henan was 6.0%in 1995,6.3% in 1996,6.5% in 1997,5.9%in 1998.The annual risk of tuberculosis infection was 0.47% in 1995,0.50%in 1996,0.52% in 1997,0.47%in 1998.The risk of tuberculosis infection during 1995～1998 were lower than in 1990.Conclusion The modern TB control programme has been successfully implemented in Henan since 1990,The epidemiological aituation of tuberculosis has been rapidly improved.
