摘　　要：总结了我国商业银行贷后管理的组织形式、主要特点、主要方式和考核方法,在此基础上对我国商业银行贷后管理体系和机制上存在的问题进行了分析;提出了我国商业银行贷后管理制度变革应当遵循的四大原则;提出了对我国商业银行贷后管理制度变革的具体对策建议。Firstly, this paper summaries the main characteristic of commercial hank＂ post-loan management in China. Based on this, the paper analyze that the problems which impacting post-loan management effective. Secondly, the paper puts forward four basic principles of system reform of commercial bank＂ post-loan management in China. Lastly, the paper raises some suggestions that could improve effective of commercial bank＂ post-loan management in China.
