一对一健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一对一健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例2型糖尿病住院患者随机分成观察组58例和对照组42例,对照组患者每周进行1次集体健康教育,观察组患者在对照组基础上由糖尿病专科护士给予一对一健康教育。观察比较两组干预前后代谢指标及干预后生活方式的依从性。结果:观察组干预12个月后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯等代谢指标均较基线值下降(P<0.05);对照组上述代谢指标较基线值有所下降,但经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后12个月观察组上述代谢指标较对照组降低(P<0.05)。观察组出院12个月后生活方式的依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一对一健康教育能更好地改善2型糖尿病患者的代谢指标,提高患者出院后生活方式的依从性,有利于延缓患者慢性并发症的发生及发展。Objective：To investigate the application of methods and clinical results of one-on-one health education and then type 2 diabetes.Methods：100 patients with type 2 diabetes in hospitalized patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group 42 cases perweek for a collective health education,in the observation group of 58 cases on the control group basis of the diabetes specialist nurses give one-on-one health education.The observed metabolic markers were compared before and after the interventionand lifestyle changes.Results：The observation group intervened for 12 months after fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 h,cholesterol,triglyceride metabolism indices decreased obviously were compared with baseline values（P〈0.05）,the control group the metabolic parameters compared with baseline values declined,but compared with no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,12 months after intervention of the metabolic indices in observation group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group was discharged from the hospital 12 months after lifestyle compliance were better than the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The one-on-one health education can improve the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus indicators,improve patients compliance after discharge the way of life,to delay the occurrence and development of patients chronic complications.
