摘　　要：目的:总结胸腔镜(VATS)下小切口切除肺大泡病人围手术期的护理体会。方法:对肺大泡接受胸腔镜手术的84例病人进行精心细致护理,内容包括:术前精心准备,术后呼吸道管理、并发症的观察护理等。结果:84例病人均痊愈出院,术后平均住院时间为1周,2例病人出院后3个月内复发。结论:胸腔镜下小切口切除肺大泡手术后护理干预能提高病人手术期的安全性,减少术后并发症发生。Objective： To summarize the thoracoscopy（VATS） under the small incision for resection of lung bullae nursing experience of peri-operation.Methods：Based on the bulla underwent thoracoscopic operation for 84 patients were analyzed,summarized the operation after the operation nursing experience,the results of the 84 patients were cured,the mean postoperative hospital stay for one week,2 patients were discharged within 3 months after the recurrence.Conclusion：Endoscopic incision in the treatment of pulmonary bullae after operation nursing intervention can improve the patients during the operation safety,reduce patient pain,reduce the postoperative complication.
