摘　　要：总结B超引导下经阴道穿刺引流术在卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)患者中的应用及护理措施。25例患者均发生在体外受精-胚胎移植超促排卵后,利用减胎针在B超引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺引流等对症治疗,精心护理,无并发症发生。A summary of application and nursing experience for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome patients,whose ascites were treated by the vaginal puncture drainage under the B-ultrasonic guided using fetal reduction needle.25 ascites patients were all appering after the super ovulation for IVF-ET.After careful nursing,reasonable fluid infusion and the B-ultrasonic guided vaginal puncture drainage using fetal reduction needle,all patients were cure without any complication.
