河南旅游产业集聚区发展研究

摘　　要：旅游产业集聚区是以旅游产业为主体形成的政府促进旅游产业集群发展的规模型区域,是政府调控旅游产业、发展旅游产业集群的有效载体和平台。河南旅游处在从观光游向休闲、体验、度假游等方向转型阶段,因此,河南省在"十二五"规划中,提出重点打造十大旅游产业集聚区,旨在以此为载体,将旅游业发展成为战略性支柱产业。介绍了河南省发展旅游产业集聚区的背景,分析了河南旅游产业集聚区的发展现状和存在的问题,并针对性地提出了创新旅游集聚区体制机制、充分发挥政府的主导作用、进一步完善旅游产业链条、加大旅游集聚区建设的投入力度和加强旅游人才体系建设等对策建议。Tourism industry gathering zone is a large region based on body of the formation which developed by the government promote, it the government regulating the tourism industry and developing tourism tourism industrial cluster as the main is an effective carrier and platform that industrial cluster. Henan tourism is in the stage of transformation and upgrading from sightseeing to vacationing and experiencing , so it proposed to make 10 big tourism industry gathering zone in order to develop tourism industry as the strategic magistral in- dustry. The article introduces the background of tourism industry gathering zones in Henan province, analyzes the development situation and problems , and puts forward some targeted measures.
