强化中性戊二醛杀菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：强化中性戊二醛为加有表面活性剂的戊二醛复方消毒剂。以其含 2 0 0 0 0mg/L戊二醛的溶液 ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 4h ,杀灭率达 10 0 %。其杀菌作用随戊二醛浓度减少、作用时间缩短而减弱 ,受有机物影响较小。以其含 30 0mg/L戊二醛的溶液擦拭实验台面 3遍并作用 10min ,可将自然菌灭除90 98%。Potentiated neutral glutaraldehyde is a compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant containing surfactant Its solution containing glutaraldedyde 20 000 mg/L with a 4 hr contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger Its bactericidal efficacy decreased with decreasing concentration of glutaraldehyde and shortening contact time, while it was less influenced by organic substances When its solution containing glutaraldehyde 300 mg/L was used to wipe the surface of experiment desk thrice with a 10 min contact time, 90 98% of the natural bacteria could be eliminated
