空气消毒试验方法的研究

摘　　要：在 16m3气雾室中 ,采用Devibiss气溶胶发生器 ,在 0 0 3～ 0 0 4MPa压力下 ,以 0 8m3/h流量喷含 1 0 %蛋白胨的白色葡萄球菌菌悬液形成气溶胶。结果 ,直径 <4 7μm的气溶胶粒子平均占 82 57%。在室温 2 0～ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度为 55%～ 70 %条件下 ,4 0min内其自然衰亡率不超过 38 0 0 % ,能维持试验菌数为 5× 10 4 ～ 5× 10 5cfu/m3。自然菌试验表明 ,采空气自然菌的平板 ,培养 72h比 4 8h为好。In a 16 m 3 aerosol chamber, Devibiss aerosol generator at a pressure of 0 03-0 04 MPa and a flow rate of 0 8 m 3 /hr was used to atomize the suspension of Staphylococcus albus containing 1 0% peptone The results indicated that the aerosol particles with diameter <4 7 μm accounted for 82 57% in average Under conditions of temperature at 20～25℃ and relative humidity at 55%～70%, the natural decay rate of bacterial aerosol did not exceed 38 00% and the test bacterial count could be maintained at 5×10 4 ～5×10 5 cfu/m 3 within 40 min after atomization The natural bacteria test indicated that it was suitable to incubate the agar plate loaded with air natural bacteria after sampling for 72 hr
