论网络化时代警察公关意识的有效提升

摘　　要：网络时代如何防范负面涉警舆情,是当前公安机关面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。警察公共关系意识是警察的深层次思想观念,能够成为警察公共关系的一种内驱力,有助于防范与应对涉警网络舆论危机。因此,增强警察公关意识、加强警察公共关系建设应当成为网络时代公安工作的重要组成部分。借鉴国外的先进做法,基于中国国情,采取改善公安院校课程设置、成立警察公关培训基地、开展机关内部教育与考核等方式可以成为增强警察公关意识有效路径。It is an important and urgent task for the police to guard against negative public opinion of police involved in the Internet age. Awareness of public relations is the deep ideas of consciousness for the police, which can become a driving force of the police public relations and contribute to the preparedness and response network public opinion of police-related crisis. Therefore, enhancing their awareness of the police public relations and strengthening the construction of police public relations should become the important component of the work of public security in the network age. Based on China＇s national conditions, improving public security College curriculum, setting up a police training base, carrying out public relations education and examination are effective paths.
