摘　　要：为提高ELISA法对采样液中HBsAg的检出率 ,将采样液浓缩。结果 ,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法浓缩的采样液 ,HBsAg检出率达 8 33%～ 9 17% ,明显高于用离心沉淀法浓缩者 (5 83% )及浓缩前的采样液者 (2 98%～ 3 33% )。In order to increase the rate of detection HBsAg in fluid sample by ELISA method, the sample was concentrated The results showed that the detection rate of HBsAg in the sample concentrated by polyacrylamide gel method was 8 33%～9 17% which was significantly higher than that in the sample concentrated by centrifugal sedimentation method (5 83%) and in the sample before concentration (2 98%～3 33%)
