摘　　要：以网络结构对战略联盟创新绩效的影响为研究对象,主要从网络结构的4个结构特征出发,引入知识转移作为中介变量,构建网络结构特征、知识转移和创新绩效之间的相关假设。以调查问卷的方式收集数据,运用SPSS19.0和AMOS7.0对提出的假设进行了实证研究,研究发现网络结构的4个结构特征对创新绩效有显著影响,而知识转移起着重要的中介作用。The research uses the influence of network structure on the innovation performance of strategic alliance as the object, mainly from the four structural characteristics of network structure, then introduces knowledge transfer as an intermediate and develops the correlation assumption ,which incorporates the structural characteristics of network structure,knowledge transfer and innovation performance. The research data is obtained through conducting a questionnaire survey,then the empirical research is conducted using spssl9.0 and AMOS7.0.The research indicates that, the four structural characteristics of network structure has a significant influence on innovation performance by means of knowledge transfer.
