摘　　要：针对与学习有关的维吾尔语应用软件缺乏、现有网络学习系统中资源共享低、用户在线交互不足的问题,设计了基于P2P的维汉语流媒体课件学习系统;将P2P技术应用于具有少数民族特色的流媒体业务中,可以实现有限教学资源的高效利用;本学习系统中发布的教学资源,视频课件占相当大的比例,流媒体技术为视频课件的传输提供最佳方案,同时丰富用户体验。Aimed at the problem of the lack of Uighur language application software about learning, the existing network learning system has the problem of low resource sharing and lack users online interac- tion, the system of Uighur/ Chinese stream media courseware and learning is brought forward. P2P tech- nology is used in the streaming media business with minority characteristics, can achieve the efficient use of limited teaching resources. Teaching resources published in this learning system, video course wares ac- count for a large proportion. Streaming media technology provides the best solution for the transmission for video course wares and richens user＇s experience.
