摘　　要：以中医药学理论为基础 ,根据药物的四气五味和归经补泻之理 ,阐述李寿山先生调理脾胃的用药规律 ,从而确定虚者补之 ,实者泻之 ,寒者热之 ,热者寒之的辨治原则和用药大法。并以脾胃的生理病理特点 ,升降、纳化、燥湿、喜恶等 ,结合药物效能 ,归纳出调理脾胃具体的用药法则 。Based on the theory of TCM,according to the Chinese medicine theory of Four Properties,five kinds of flavors,attributive channel,invigoration and purgation,this article discusses professor Li Shoushan's application rules of regulating spleen and stomach,such as:deficiency syndromes are treated by reinforcing methods;excess syndromes are treated by purgation and reduction;cold syndrome are treated by warming property;heat syndromes are treated by cold or cool nature.And based on the physiological and pathological characters of spleen and stomach:ascending and descending,holding and digesting,drying and dampness,preference and aversion,combining drugs efficacy,application rules of regulating spleen and stomach have been induced.So it can provide effective theory accordance for clinical application.
