摘　　要：汽轮机在实际运行中各项技术指标与同类型的进口机组相差较大,尤其突出的是煤耗率普遍偏高,机组经济效益不能得到充分发挥。完善改进机组性能,提高机组经济指标,在提高企业经济效益方面占有非常重要的地位。而泄漏则是机组的一个老大难问题。机组的泄漏主要包含有输气管道各接口泄漏、阀门的泄漏及汽缸的内漏与外漏等。对于汽轮机本身来讲,减少蒸汽泄漏和提高蒸汽做功质量是其中两项重要目标。Abstract： Steam turbines in the actual operation of the technical indicators and the same type of import unit is large, especially outstanding is coal consumption rate is higher, the economic benefits can＇t into full play. Perfect performance im- provement unit, raise the economic indicators, in improving enterprise economic benefits in occupied a very important posi- tion. And leakage of the unit is a long-standing problem. Units of the main gas transmission pipeline leak contains the inter- face of leakage, valve leakage and the cylinder leakage and leakage and improve the quality of steam power is one of the tw leakage, etc. For steam turbine itself will tell, reduce steam o important goal.
