中西医结合治疗顽固性鼻出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。方法将顽固性鼻出血患者76例随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予鼻内镜下射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)及其受体(uPAR)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平,并比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后uPA、uPAR、PT、APTT、TT及Fib均低于治疗前,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效率和总有效率分别为76.3%和97.4%,高于对照组的57.9%和81.6%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗顽固性鼻出血效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative Medicine in treatment of intractable epistaxis.Methods 76 cases of patients with epistaxis were randomly divided into obsevation group and control group（38 cases in each）.The control group received endoscopic radiofrequency ablation,while the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The level of uPA,uPAR,PT,APTT,TT and Fib were observed before and after treatment,and the effect in the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of uPA,uPAR,PT,APTT,TT and Fib in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,and the improvements in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significance（P〈0.05）.The effective rate and total effective of the observation group（76.3%,97.4%） was higher than those in the control group（57.9%,81.6%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Medicine in treatment of intractable epistaxis is effective.
