结核病患者及家属疾病危害认知与自我防护现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解初诊居家治疗的结核病患者及其家属的现有疾病危害认知水平和自我防护现状,为结防工作者制定宣传计划提供依据。方法 2009年1月3日-2010年3月31日采用自编问卷形式对在枣庄市王开传染病医院结防门诊确诊的结核病患者及其家属3100例回访调查。内容涉及结核病患者及其家属基本情况、结核病疾病知识知晓现状和结核病的知、信、行。结果结核病患者及家属疾病认知水平偏低。结论结防工作者须加强对农村居民、流动人口的结核病健康宣传频率和力度,控制传染源,更好地保护易感者。Objective To know the treatment of tuberculosis people both home and family members of the existing disease harm cognitive level and self protection present situation,for the workers and develop advocacy program provides the basis.Methods 2009-1-3 to 2010-3-31 by using a questionnaire on look in infectious disease hospital anti-unity king opened outpatient diagnosed tuberculosis person and family reunion surveys 3100 people.Content involves tuberculosis person and their families basic situation,tuberculosis disease status and the knowledge know tuberculosis know,faith,do.Results Patients and their family members disease cognitive level is low.Conclusion The workers must strengthen to the rural residents,the floating population tuberculosis health promotion frequency and intensity,control of infection and better protect susceptible persons.
