复方磺胺甲噁唑片的胶束薄层色谱分析

摘　　要：以十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)水溶液为展开剂、聚酰胺薄膜为固定相 ,对复方磺胺甲唑片(复方新诺明 )中两组分进行定量分析 .磺胺甲基异唑 (SMZ)和甲氧苄氨嘧啶 (TMP)分别在4 0～ 12 0mmo/L和 3 5～ 10 5mmol/L范围内吸收峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系 .相关系数分别为 0 9995和 0 9998,回收率分别为 10 1 4%和 99 5 % ,RSD(% )分别为 0 5 8和 1 6 0 .Two compositions of the Compound Sulfamethoxazole Tablets can be separated and quantified on polyamide TLC sheets,using aqueous micellar solution of sodium dodecylsulfate as the mobile phase.The linear relationships between the quantity of SMZ or TMP and their peek area are good.The correlation coefficients are 0.999 5 and 0.999 8 respectively.The average recoveries are 101.4% and 99.5%.RSD are 0.58% and 1.60%(n=3).It is a practical method for determining the Compound Sulfamethoxazole Tablets.
