摘　　要：目的建立测定万通筋骨片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在5.58～55.75μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.10%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论该方法不仅操作简单、准确,且重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Wantong Jingu Tablets. Methods The determination was carried out with Kromasil C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 um） with a mobile phase consisting of CH3CN-H2O（30：70） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a 270 nm detection. Results The standard curve for icariin was linear in the range of 5.58- 55.75 ug. The average recovery was 98.10% with RSD of 1.18% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be use to control the quality of Wantong Jingu Tablets.
