摘　　要：目的建立测定云香精中丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺-磷酸(28∶72∶0.1∶0.1),检测波长为274 nm。结果丹皮酚进样量线性范围为0.10～1.20μg,平均加样回收率为99.89%,RSD为1.27%(n=6)。结论该方法简便可行、结果可靠,可控制云香精的质量。Objective To set up a method for the determination of paeonol in Yunxiangjing. Methods The HPLC method was performed on Agilent TC- C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 um） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine- phosphoric acid （28 ： 72 ： 0. 1 ： 0. 1）,the detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 0. 10- 1.20 ug. The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.89% and 1.27% （n =6）,respectively. Conclusion This method is simple,feasible, accurate,reliable and can be used for the quality control of Yunxiangjing.
