消结安胶囊治疗乳腺增生大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察消结安胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠性激素和乳腺组织的影响,了解消结安对乳腺增生大鼠的治疗作用。方法将50只实验大鼠随机分5组:正常对照组、模型组(乳腺增生大鼠)、消结安低剂量治疗组,消结安高剂量治疗组及三苯氧胺治疗组。采用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清中雌二醇,孕酮,血清泌乳素含量。取乳房组织行HE染色观察病理变化。结果消结安低剂量及高剂量治疗组、三苯氧胺治疗组通过降低血清雌二醇及血清泌乳素含量,提高孕酮含量减少乳腺增生病大鼠乳腺小叶腺泡数,缩小腺泡腔和小叶导管直径。结论消结安可通过调节乳腺增生大鼠的性激素水平,而有效对抗雌激素引起的大鼠乳腺增生。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of xiaojie＇an capsule on the rats of cyclomastopathy through ob- serving the sex hormones and mammary glands in rats with eyelomastopathy. Methods The rats were randomly divided into five groups ： normal control group ; The model rats were established by injecting benzoate estradiol and progestogen, then treated with tamoxifen, high and low doses of xiaojie＇an. The pathological changes of rat mammary glands were observed, and the levels of estradiot and progestogen, PRI were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The groups treated by low and high doses xiaojie＇ an, tamoxifen could reduce the quantity of the lobule - alveolus of mammary glands, decrease the lobule - alveolus cavity and di- ameter of the interlobular duets, and the level of estradiol and progestogen, PRI was decreased. Conclusion Xiaojie＇an can in- hibit mazoplasia through regulating the sex hormone and relieving the histological changes of mammary glands in rats with eyclo- mastopathy.
