高效液相色谱法测定门冬氨酸洛美沙星氯化钠注射液的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定门冬氨酸洛美沙星含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 mol/L枸橼酸溶液-乙腈(82∶18,用三乙胺调pH至4.0)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为288 nm。结果洛美沙星质量浓度在13.59～67.93μg/mL(r=1.000)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.04%,RSD=1.53%(n=9)。结论该方法准确度高,灵敏度好,专属性强,适合于门冬氨酸洛美沙星的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartate. Methods The analysis was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 um）. The mobile phase was composed of citric acid（0.05 mol/L）- methyl cyanides （82 ： 18）（adjusted to pH 4.0 with Triethylamine）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 288 nm. Results The linear ranges of lomefloxacin aspartate was 13.59 - 67.93 ug/mL, r = 1. 000. The average recovery was 100. 04% , RSD = 1.53% （ n = 9）. Conclusion This method is accurate, convenient and specific. It can be used for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartate and sodium chloride injection.
