摘　　要：目的研究龙藤筋骨片的制备工艺。方法以颗粒性状、粒度分布、休止角、片面光洁度、硬度、崩解时限为指标,单因素法优选片剂处方。结果按照(浸膏+药粉)∶淀粉∶糊精=5∶3∶1的比例混合,以纯化水为润湿剂,湿法制粒、压片,可制得合格的片剂。结论该制备方法简单、实用性强,所得片剂片重小、崩解快、含水量低、外观好,质量符合2010年版《中国药典》片剂制剂通则要求。Objective To study the preparation technology of Longtengjingu Tablets. Methods With the particle properties, size distribution, angle of repose, one- sided finish, hardness, disintegration time as the indexes, the single- factor method was adopted to optimize the tablet formulations. Results According to the mixing ratio of （extract ＋ powder） ： starch：dextrin =5：3：1 for mixing,with purification water as wetting agent,the qualified tablets could be obtained by the wet granulation and tabletting. Conclusion The preparation method is simple and practical. The obtained tablets have small tablet weight, fast disintegratian, low water content and good appearance,and the quality conforms to the general requirements of tablet formulations in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（edition 2010）.
