提高住院病区储备药品质量措施的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨提高住院部病区储备药品质量的措施。方法药师通过月末检查病区药柜、给病区统一退药和向病区发放统一的药品储存说明等措施,与病区进行交流,指导临床合理管理药品。结果药品效期情况、药品滞留情况、储存方法等各方面均优于措施实施前,但药师对药品滞留情况的干预率不高。结论通过药师的干预和指导,医院外科病区用药的储备已基本符合规范,药品的质量得到了提高,更好地保障了患者的用药安全。Objective To study the measures for improving the quality of stockpiling drugs in the inpatient department. Methods By the measures of inspecting the drug cabinets at the end of month, conducting uniform drug returning for the inpatient wards and issuing the uniform the instructions of drug storage, the pharmacists took the exchange with the inpatient wards and guided rationally managing drugs in clinic. Results The various aspects of the expiration date of drugs, drugs retention and storage methods were superior to before implementing measures. But the pharmacist＇ s interventional rate was low. Conclusion By the intervention and guidance of the pharmacists, the stockpiling drugs in the surgical ward was basically accorded with the standardization. The quality of drugs in the inpatients wards is improved and the medication safety of the patients is ensured.
