Analysis of 48 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Xueshuantong Lyophilized Powder Injection in Our Hospital

摘　　要：目的分析医院血栓通冻干粉所致药品不良反应情况,探讨其发生的可能因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2007年至2010年收集的48例与血栓通冻干粉相关的药品不良反应进行分析。结果大于60岁的老年人药品不良反应发生率较高(56.25%),用药1～7 d后出现药品不良反应的比例较高(43.75%)。药品不良反应常以皮疹、瘙痒为主的过敏反应,其次为发热、寒颤、多汗的全身性损害及消化道反应。结论医务人员应正确使用药品,密切关注患者用药过程中的情况;制药企业应加强研发,生产合格有效产品,并重视上市后的安全性再评价工作,以保证用药安全。Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions induced by Xueshuantong Lyophilized Powder Injection in our hospital, and to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods The 48 cases of adverse drug reactions which had relation to Xueshuantong Lyophilized Powder Injection in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were collected and analysed. Results The occurring rate of adverse drug reactions in patients over 60 years old was higher（56.25% ）. The majority of adverse drug reactions happened within 1 to7 days after treatment（43.75% ）. The mainly clinical symptoms of adverse drug reactions were allergic reaction, gastrointestinal reaction and systemic damages, such as erythra, pruritu, fever, shiver and hyperhidrosis. Conclusion In order to ensure medication safety, the doctors should use drug properly and pay more attention to the patients during treatment. The pharmaceutical enterprise should strengthen the development of drug , and pay attention to post- marketing security re- assessment.
