摘　　要：本文总结了重钢铁水渣洗脱硅的工艺试验。分析了脱硅剂加入量、原始硅含量及脱硅操作等对脱硅效果的影响，讨论了试验中铁水温降、脱硅渣泡沫化等问题。An industrial test desiliconization process of hot metal in Chongqing Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd is summarized in this paper. The influences of amount of addition, silicon content and adding manner are analyzed. The temperature drop and formation in the test are also discussed.
