摘  要:目的 :采用薄层扫描法对舒筋利节涂膜剂中人参皂甙Rg1进行含量测定。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以正丁醇 -乙酸乙酯 -水 ( 4∶1∶5 )上层液为展开剂 ,5 %硫酸乙醇溶液显色 ,检测波长为λs=5 2 5nm ,λR=70 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为 98.5 9% ,RSD =3 .12 %。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确 。Objective:To determine the content of ginsenoside R g1 in Shujinlijie liniment film by TLC scanning.Methods:The extraction solution of the preparation was analysed on silica gel G plate, using the upper n butanol ethyl acetate water (4∶1∶5) as the developing system, 5% sulfuric acid ethanol solution as the spray reagent, then detected by dual wavelength scanning (λ S=525nm λ R=700nm).Results:The average recoverys is 98.59%, RSD=3.12%.Conclusions:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and available for quality control of Shujinlijie liniment film.:To determine the content of ginsenoside R g1 in Shujinlijie liniment film by TLC scanning.Methods:The extraction solution of the preparation was analysed on silica gel G plate, using the upper n butanol ethyl acetate water (4∶1∶5) as the developing system, 5% sulfuric acid ethanol solution as the spray reagent, then detected by dual wavelength scanning (λ S=525nm λ R=700nm).Results:The average recoverys is 98.59%, RSD=3.12%.Conclusions:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and available for quality control of Shujinlijie liniment film.
