摘　　要：的 :建立黄连上清丸中栀子甙的含量测定项 ;方法 :采用大孔树脂纯化 ,HPLC测定黄连上清丸中栀子甙的含量。使用C18柱 ,甲醇 乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸水溶液 ( 2 5∶5∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 0nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99.6%。结论 :本方法精度高 ,分离度良好 ,可用于黄连上清丸质量控制。Objective: To establish the content determination method of geniposide in Huanglian shangqing Pills. Methods:HPLC was used to determine directly geniposide in Huanglianshangqing pills on C 18 column, using MeOH CH 3CN 0.1% H 3PO 4 (25∶5∶70,v/v) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 240nm. Results:The linearity of this method was well with the recovery of the added sample of 99.6%. Conclusions:This method shows high accuracy, good separating degree and can be used for quality control of Huangliang shangqing pills.: To establish the content determination method of geniposide in Huanglian shangqing Pills.
