摘  要:依据Archard黏着磨损理论,通过引入分形磨损系数及求解端面上塑性和弹塑性变形微凸体的体积,建立机械密封端面磨损分形模型。提出包含密封端面特征分形参数的特征工况参数新概念,并将其引入机械密封端面摩擦磨损相似准则关系式中,通过磨损试验,得到分形磨损系数准则关系式。对B104a-70型机械密封的磨损特性进行预测。结果表明:软质环端面分形磨损系数及磨损率均随着弹簧比压的增大而非性线地增大,但端面较光滑时,变化较小;端面形貌对磨损特性有着较大的影响,随着端面光滑程度的增大,分形磨损系数及磨损率均下降,且端面较粗糙时变化较明显。According to Archard adhesive wear theory, a wear fractal model for the end face of mechanical seal was established by introducing the fractal wear coefficient and calculating the volume of plastic and elastic-plastic deformation asperities on end faces. A new concept of characteristic duty parameter inclu- ding characteristic fractal parameters of end faces was proposed and introduced into friction-wear similari- ty criterion relationship for the end face of mechanical seal, which was obtained by wear experiments. The wear characteristic of B104a-70 mechanical seal was predicted. Result indicated that the fractal wear coef- ficient and the wear rate of soft ring increased nonlinearly with the increasing of spring pressure, and changed little when the end face is smooth. The surface topography had great influence on wear character- istic. The fractal wear coefficient and the wear rate decreased with the increasing of surface smoothness, and the change was obvious when the surface was coarse.
