摘　　要：对 2 3例麻疹患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (sIL - 2R)水平进行检测 ,结果显示麻疹患者出疹期和恢复期血清sIL - 2R水平均明显升高 ,与正常对照组相比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。其结果是使活化的免疫细胞恢复到静止期 ,作为一种自我调节手段控制活化的T细胞的过强免疫反应。在麻疹病程中或病后一段时间 ,由其临床症状可得到暂时缓解的原因。The article is to investigate the change and the role of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) on the pathogenesis of measles. 23 patients with measles and 35 normal health donors were studied. The level of serum sIL-2R was measured by both-antibody ELISA.The serum sIL-2R levels of the eruptive stage (742.23±272.56U/mL) and the restoration stage (466.83±92.55U/mL) in the patients with measles were elevated significantly compared with the normal control group (232.51±68.70U/mL)( P <0.01).It indicated that the level of serum sIL-2R was correlated with the state of disease and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of measles. The high level of serum sIL-2R made a notable impact on the immune function, which attenuated and inhibited the cytoimmune hypersensitive response of the body. The undescend to normal level of sIL-2R in the restoration stage may defer the recovery of immune function of the body.
