摘　　要：通过对工业油罐旋转喷射搅拌清洗器的工作原理和结构介绍及对其传动机构使用要求的分析,确定了合理的传动方案,设计了行星轮传动机构,并对齿轮进行了强度校核。经使用说明,该传动机构应用于搅拌清洗器中传动性能好,使用寿命长,完全满足系统使用要求。This paper introduced the principle and structure of oil - tank mixing cleaner which is revolving and spraying, analyzed its service requirements and selected the transmission project. The parameters are designed and the strength is verified. Meanwhile the structure has the better performance and long life as it can be applied in mixing cleaner.
