摘　　要：非盟会议中心项目是近年来继坦赞铁路之后中国最重要的援外项目,自2007年方案竞标开始至其建成并投入使用,历时5年,受到中国政府和非盟各国的高度关注。文章结合非盟会议中心项目设计的非洲特色、援外特点,从建筑立意、室内空间、细部设计、节能设计和材质控制等方面进行了介绍,对重大援外项目的设计和实施进行思考和总结。The African Union Conference Center Project is the most international aid project of the Chinese government since the Tanzam Raiway. The project took five years to finish, counting from the opening of the bidding process in 2007. The project has attracted the attention of both the Chinese government and AU Member States. The article offers an introduction of the project along with the African features of the design and the characteristics of international aid projects, with an analysis of the design concept, interior space, detail design, energy saving design and material control. It also reflects on and takes stock of the design and implementation of major international aid projects.
