摘　　要：文章从技术视角、组织管理视角以及法律和政策视角构建了跨部门政府信息资源共享影响因素概念模型,并进行了实证研究。This paper builds a conceptual model of factors affecting inter - organizational government information sharing from the perspective of technology, organizational management as well as legal and policy, and carries out an empirical study.
