山西师范大学40岁以上教职工体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解中老年人常见疾病的状况、发病原因及影响因素,为探索其预防和控制措施提供参考依据。方法对山西师范大学40岁以上教职工进行健康体检。结果体检结果不容乐观,动脉硬化、脂肪肝、高血压、高脂血症、前列腺增生、乳腺增生,检出率分别为51.00%、23.80%、21.23%、19.84%、25.03%、17.90%。疾病检出率男性明显高于女性。结论要求教职工树立正确的健康观念,增强健康意识,合理改进膳食结构,养成良好的生活行为和习惯,积极参加体育锻炼。Objective To understand the conditions, causes and influencing factors of common diseases of the middle aged and elderly, so as to provide the reference for exploring prevention and control messures. Methods The physical examinations were performed for faculty over forty years old in Shaanxi Normal University, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The results of the physical examination were not optimistic. The incidences of chronic diseases were relatively high, for example, the detection rates of arteriosclerosis, fatty liver, hypertension, hyperlipidmaia, prostate hyperplasia and breast tenderness were 51%, 23.8%, 21.23%, 19.84%, 25.03% and 17.90%, respectively. Conclusions We should enhance the health education for the faulty to foster a correct health concept, enhance their health awareness, improve their diet structure, develop good living behavior and habit, and also actively participate in physical exercises.
