摘　　要：我国农村的远程教育水平相对落后,教学条件、教学资源还不能满足农村信息化的需要。为了解决农村对远程教育培训、信息交流平台的需求,针对吉林省的实际状况,设计了面向三农的远程教育平台。该平台运用MVC三层结构,操作灵活方便,有效实现了优质教育资源的共享,提高了农村信息化教育质量。The distant education level was relatively backward in China. It could not meet the needs of the rural information in the teaching condition and resources. In order to solve the problems of the distant education training and the platform of information exchange, the platform of the three rural＇s distance education in connection with the actual state of Jilin province was designed. The platform is easy to operate and has the advantage of achieving the resource sharing effectively by using the MVC pattern, and improving the rural information educational quality.
